Material Preparation & Casting
Raw materials undergo spectrometer analysis and verification. Valve body casting uses sand casting or investment casting methods, followed by heat treatment for optimal mechanical properties.
Precision Machining
CNC machining centers perform precision boring, threading, and surface finishing. Ball sphere is precision-ground to mirror finish with tolerance of Β±0.01mm for perfect sealing.
Seat & Seal Installation
Soft seats are molded and installed with proper compression. Metal seats undergo specialized welding and machining. All sealing surfaces are inspected for dimensional accuracy.
Assembly & Testing
Components are assembled in clean environment with torque specifications. Each valve undergoes hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing, and operational testing before packaging.
Quality Control & Documentation

Ball Valve Classification by Valve Opening
Full Port (Full Bore)
Ball opening diameter equals the pipe inner diameter, providing unrestricted flow with minimal pressure drop. Ideal for applications requiring maximum flow capacity and pig passage.
Applications: Pipeline transportation, pig launching/receiving, high flow applications
Reduced Port (Standard Bore)
Ball opening is one pipe size smaller than the pipe diameter, providing economic solution with moderate pressure drop. Most common configuration for general industrial applications.

V-Port (Characterized)
Ball has V-shaped notch providing linear or equal percentage flow characteristics. Allows precise flow control with good rangeability for modulating service.
